Terms of Service

By accessing or using DareCube (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

DareCube is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that automates the creation and delivery of branded festival poster designs for Indian businesses. During the pre-launch phase, DareCube operates as a waitlist and is not yet providing paid services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Service. By joining the waitlist or subscribing, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the DareCube website — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to DareCube and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

Posters and templates generated using DareCube for your business are licensed to you for commercial use as part of your active subscription.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false or misleading information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data.
• Reverse engineer or copy any part of the Service.
• Use generated assets to create content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party rights.

5. Pricing and Payments

Early adopter pricing is reserved for waitlist members and locked in upon subscription at launch. DareCube reserves the right to change pricing for new customers. Payment terms and billing cycles will be communicated clearly before any charge is made.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. DareCube does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat, India.
