Refund Policy

We want every DareCube customer to be satisfied. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work.
1. Pre-Launch Waitlist
Joining the waitlist is completely free and requires no payment. There is nothing to refund at this stage.
2. Subscription Cancellations
Once DareCube launches and you subscribe to a paid plan, you may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied with the Service, for any reason. After 7 days, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are generally not provided for partial billing periods.
Refunds are not issued for:
- Voluntary cancellations after the 7-day window.
- Accounts suspended for policy violations.
- Charges for periods already used.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email billing@darecube.in with your registered email address and the reason for your refund request. We will process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
5. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this policy. Changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect.
